OFA3

This is a WorkSafeBC course and covers all the necessary components to certify the successful student for a period of 3 years. 

Duration: 70 hours (10 days)

Time: 8:30 - 4:30  

Cost: $1200.00 (tax exempt) 

Pre-Requisites and course expectations:

• 16 years of age (16-18 years old will receive a restricted ticket)
• Must be physically able to be on your knees for an extended period of time
• Valid Picture ID or letter from employer stating your identity
• Must be able to complete paperwork and written exam
• Comfortable clothing and socks required for course training
• Completed medical form (supplied at registration)
• Pre-reading material for the course 2-3 hours
• 1-2 hours of homework each night (reading and questions)
• 2 hour written exam (100 questions) and 4 hour practical exam

Courses will run for 5 days, 2 days off then another 5 days.
