Any woman that wants to learn more about climbing! Whether you are new to the sport or want to break into that next grade, this is for you.
It is a safe space where you can build physical fitness and confidence in your climbing with a supportive group of female-identifying people with similar interests.
The course will cover technique, training fundamentals, conditioning, and more!
You will get the most out of the course if you climb level OH3 and below.

Each session will span 7:00pm-9:00pm.
